Location was very convenient, easy access to metro and shops.

Unit 201 smelled like wet dog and the couch was covered in white animal hair. The floor was slick to walk on and looked unclean. The white shower curtain had a red stain of unknown origin, looked like bodily fluid. The pillows on the sofa were missing pillow covers. The TV was not connected and there was no remote. I texted the contact phone number asking about the missing remote for the TV and no one ever responded to my text.

no hot water for 2 days; no screen on balcony door so mosquitos, noise and dust from construction next door invaded the apt; door code did not work; door lock is off track so it opens slightly when locked; on 4th floor no elevator - i have arthritis in my knees so very inconvenient and painful; no central air as advertised

I love how clean it was. How easy was to get to places.

The apartment bathroom cealing leak a lot when the AC on, not mop around to clean the mess front the water and the bathroom curtain don't stay on. It was always falling.

Location

Great price, there are lots of food spots and grocery stores on Georgia Avenue. The inside of the building is very clean. The entrance to the building and apartment seems secure. The apartment was clean.

The location was not the best. No elevator, so be prepared to carry all baggage up exit stairs. It's not fun when on the 3rd or 4th floor. The carpets need to be replaced in the living room, front door, and bedroom. The bedroom carpet is slippery. The sofa couch is a futon, so maybe layer it with pillows so you don't feel the bars. The parking needs to be explained in detail. Though it ends up being cheaper than what hotel parking would be. It's definitely annoying having to figure out the zone number because it's scratched off the sign. You download the pay to park app. Zone 22709 and then remember to pay every 3 hrs so you don't get ticketed.

Wi-Fi never worked and the staff never answered ro fix the problem

Nice neighborhood

It was to loud. It sounded like some one was trying to come in the front door. The apartment was smaller than what was shown online. The shower leaks.
