"Bad"

The couch was dirty with mysterious white stains. Walls were dirty and there were strange hairs on the bedding and towels. Not the best area. Not helpful at all when we tried to contact someone on the phone. It seemed like we were talking to a call center. The perspective of the photos were misleading and felt cramped. No elevators and we were on the 4th floor.

Very clean and spacious.

I didn't love the neighborhood. Was. Bit of a walk to the petworth metro. Felt a little detached from everything. But the neighbors were all very friendly.
