So many things could have gone wrong: - I booked on the day. That was fine! Codes for the house and room were sent in-app. - My train to London was VERY badly delayed and I was due to arrive past midnight. Again, not a problem - I gave the host a ring, and they set up my codes straight away. - It was also easily the comfiest night’s sleep! The pillows are so comfy and ENORMOUS!!

"Disappointing bathroom maintenance during my stay"

The place was clean.

No privacy! There was a camera in the living room that points directly at the bathroom. There was stain on my bedsheet. We couldn't use the bathroom on my floor because they close it for maintenance through out my stay. We had to use upstairs bathroom with 4 other tenants and their partners.
