Really close to where we had activities planned the next morning, great location for a choice of local pubs/restaurants, really clean and comfortable and appreciated the grab and go breakfast options.

Location, cleanliness, access to delicious food on site. Bed, toilet, and shower were all sufficient size to manoeuvre. Brown Sea Island room for extra space, or the one across the hall is just right. Both rooms near coffee and continental breakfast station. Great hosts and staff! :D

Water temp tap was stiff - but YES you can adjust so shower doesn't burn.

Excellent place to stay. The room was very large and extremely clean. There was tea & coffee in the the room with a help yourself mini breakfast bar located on the 1st floor, free to use. The welcome was lovely and had no problems obtaining the key to room. The owner Marcus was very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here for a great relaxing stay.

A very comfortable room with excellent en-suite facilities and walk in shower. Great location next to the harbour and short walk to shopping centre.
