"Lovely building and perfect location."

The building is truly historic, and brilliantly located on the quay. The interior is modern and very well equipped, with a very comfortable bed and excellent views in two directions. Everything was very clean. There is a nice little reception area with some breakfast items that you can help yourself to. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants very nearby, as well as the excellent Poole Museum. The owner was very responsive to questions, and entry was simple.

Marcus was a great host who upgraded us to a Harbour view at the last minute. The room was very clean and nicely decorated it is in a great location and nice to sit by the window with a coffee and watch the harbour .

Nothing not to like.
