Didn’t send my deposit back

It was very difficult to get in touch with the host nobody answers the phone the room was nice but was given the wrong code for the keys in the key box was a shambles from start to finish and now this I’m disgusted AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would not recommend staying at this property full stop I stayed paid the damage deposit and was alone doing uni work with half a bottle of wine alone , no mess was made I even washed the glass after use … they are refusing to give me my damage deposit back because they said the room was left in a state? Considering I didn’t eat there and had half a bottle of wine , was in a very normal state as I wrote a dissertation for said uni … and also consider when u pay the fee on the break down there is a £25 cleaning fee within the price ? Absolutly disgusted AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible communication They kept my £100 deposit even tho I left apartment spotless!!!! They wont even pick up or reply to return as soon as I mention my deposit they stop replying

Very bad, the quality has gone down and they still own me my deposit. Scammers

Bad communication, quality of the property is very bad.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Deposit and pre authorised payments never got refunded,after emailing both them directly and booking.com never got my money back so ended up 3 times the amount that was supposed to be paid, absolutely disgusting

The apartment was clean

No hot water.. we had been travelling all day and needed to stop so we rented the apartment out last minute. We spoke to someone on the phone who said they will sort the parking out when we left I had to pay £13. Was not happy at all!
