Customer service is absolutely disgusting and shocking they only reply when they feel fit and the responses and shocking clearly no customer skills involved. Would not recommend this property to my worst enemy

Good views and imenities. Clean and comfortable

I came here for a work trip - owner of the property has been pretty unresponsive and unable to provide me with an invoice despite asking several times over WhatsApp and requesting via booking.com

Could have been a little cleaner. Carpets stained and some cobwebs in bedroom. Balcony door did not lock and front door repaired after a break in. Made me nervous.

Great location, and convenience, with good quality cooker and washer/dryer which was all very handy. The contact person was very patient on arriving giving lots of help to compensate for the limitations of my eSim.(entry is reliant on being able to download instructions on dataheavy images, not text).

1. I was not aware before arriving, jet-lagged from.Australia, that the building is undergoing a months long noisy recladding which meant that essential daytime naps were impossible. With two nights to go of a 6 night booking, I bit the bullet and booked a room at additional expense at the nearby but quieter Holiday Inn 2. The flat has been well loved, but needs a total redecoration, a new non-saggy bed, and clean new sofa, 3. Loose electrical sockets in living room need fixing, as does a kitchen kickboard which was lying on the floor a distance away from.the cupboards when we arrived 4. All was clean apart from a bagless vacuum cleaner which had not been emptied in ages 5. The bathroom light flickered.....loose connection? 6. The front door had a temporary fix after evidently being bust open at some point.
