Deluxe City Apt Riverside Balcony &Free Parking

Location was ok

On entering the accommodation the main door looked like someone had kicked it in. Then when inside floorboards we're not flat and was a trip hazard, balcony door would not lock so was blocked with a wooden block on the outside. Also washing machine was going with laundry inside.

The location and the view was perfect

There was a broken tile, that made loud creak, building works was operational which the host didn’t inform us about.

Customer service was absolutely poor / have a track of emails sent by the company and was spoken down to. No sense of how to treat customers

The owner would not give me access code to get key, despite me paying the £90 and then he demanded £100 security deposit which I could not get my bank to arrange. I offered to send a bank transfer but he was very rude. I did not stay at this property as he would not give me the code and he did not offer me A refund so I am reporting to police for theft and fraud
