Kinta Kan Cabañas Hotel Playa del Carmen

Right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The beach is steps from the hotel room. The staff was attentive. The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfy and very clean.

It has a nice pool, but never turned on the waterfall. Second room wasn't that bad

We got to the room and our tv was clearly broken, they made me pay for another room to have a working tv. Which led us to check out the next day and stay somewhere else for the week... also none of the windows locked!! The second room did have a bathroom door that did not closed, so my significant other had to listen to me use it...

We were so comfortable and relaxed staff was very friendly it helped make our stay in playa del carmen most enjoyable

The restaurant was OK we didn't get the breakfast deal every day not sure if maybe they're separate?

I booked a (garden bungalow) the pictures looked nice and they gave me something else, a bungalow across the street which was very dirty, a completely different room that I booked, I asked to be switched and the staff was very rude about it. It’s just all a scam In order to have a “nicer” room you have to pay double the price check in was at 3:00 pm We had our room almost at 7:00 pm At the check out, you have to wait because they check your room if it’s all ok, if the room was left in a “proper” conductor. I will definitely never stay there again.

loved the location, stayed here before and specifically came back for that reason. the service wasn't as good as the last time, there used to be a married couple working at the restaurant that were amazing.

the shower head wasn't working when we checked in, someone from maintenance replaced it right away

Beach club staff was terrible they just serve to non locals, my bedroom was delivered late plus the shower was damaged and make our room full of water, they didn’t fix it.

The bathroom flooded. The room has old, broken furniture

It was nice but they are the biggest rip off they steel your money big time! And no help with taxis they rip you too

Too hard to get anywhere you need to call people to get a lift to go anywhere in the hotel from your room nothing is walking distance. Also the phone never worked to call them

There is no direct access to the beach
