Kinta Kan Cabañas Hotel Playa del Carmen

The location and the personnel are the key factors for this hotel. The installation are not the wow factor, but I wasn't expecting to be so. I liked it.

The ONLY good thing was the location, right at the nice shopping and restaurants street

1-it’s totally a Scam, the place does NOT look like the pictures you see in booking 2- you can see it hasn’t been renewed or fixed in years, there are broken things everywhere 3- they say they clean the room and change the bedsheets everyday but that’s such a big lie, I had a stain in my beds sheets for the 3 days I stayed 4- breakfast is really poor 5- pool was dirty as well as all the deck chairs NOT recommended AT ALL

Good location

The staff wouldn’t give us more than 2 towels and one of the towels had stains on it.

Loved the location Staff was really nice...most spoke no English until we met a new staff member who spoke English and german

Rooms are false advertised. The rooms advertised and shown on photos are not the rooms you get. If you want the nice room that you thought you booked you have to pay 40 dollars more per night. The cabana rooms are absolutely horrible.. leaving no choice but to take the upgrade. It was very disappointing 😞
