good location, nice pool, staffs were very kind

The room was really small, smelly, beds were uncomfortable and the floor was still wet when we arrived. Also the actual room was located on the other side of the street. Had problems using the key and chip to open the door. Towels were stained. This place would be a good catch if you aim for a pool side stay (day) and to party all night (basically use for just luggage storage). Except for the room itself the rest of the facility was okay.

Outdated bathroom. Strange smell in the room. I had feeling im accomodated in the back yard with the workers. The breakfast was too simple.

what i like was the swimming pool, the view of my room, but need more storage and a mirror in the room not in the closet, more hangers in closet and screen door to open in the room and feel freshness from the ocean.

I didn't like that courtains from the window were ripped, and also didn't like that after 6:00pm we didn't have access to the ocean,what I suggest is to have a small door with keys to people who stay in hotel to have access to go to the ocean at night and more lights.

the location was the only redeeming quality. it’s very conveniently beach side and right off the bustling 5th.

Where to start!?… Firstly, we booked a “King” suite with sofa bed room. I knew we were off to a bad start when the concierge starting walking us across the street to our room after check-in rather than through the lobby towards the main rooms. We entered (barely, as the door lock was mostly broken and very difficult to engage - it also turned out NOT TO LOCK AT ALL FROM THE INSIDE) to a musty room with 2 double beds. And a tv that didnt work, and a shower that was clogged with calcium and shooting water out the sides of the head.The mattresses were rock hard and they only had throw pillows on them. there were no bed pillows, just small square throw pillows. I asked why I had ent received the king bed suite I asked for and was told “It’s either the king suite with sofa OR two twins”. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. The staff then immediately tried to upsell us to a better room…Indicating that a king room was indeed available. Oh well, at least breakfast was included..Only it wasn’t. Booking.com advertised included breakfast in our reservation and the concierge gave us directions to it when checking it but the next morning, suddenly we didn’t have the right coloured bracelets for breakfast. we had two coffees and were charged 7$ U.S. Despite my clear frustration and complaint, the staff wouldn’t even try to make things better by throwing in something as trivial as a free coffee. Pathetic customer service. Oh well, off we went to enjoy the beach. We were met by staff who escorted us out to the waterside and offered a selection of ratty busted up beach loungers. We laid down to enjoy the view and were told it would be 15$ U.S. EACH! Once again, we didn’t have the right coloured bracelets for that luxury. No where during the booking process with Booking.com was this tiered bracelet system mentioned.
