There was no air conditioning and it was a hot day. They did put fans in the rooms though.

It’s was a beautiful hotel in a stunning environment. Staff were kind and helpful. It was all clean. The bar area is great.

Considering it’s a big complex with hundreds of rooms, there are only 4 rooms (suits) with air conditioning. Even though we shut the curtains during the day (like we were told) and opened the balcony door for the night, there was no airflow and the room was unbearably hot. There was a fan provided but it was very weak. The room was a bit outdated. Little things were surprising like no lights in the actual room just on the bedside table and the hallway, bath was stained, towel rail hanging off the wall, toilet struggled to flush.

Loved the location! The bed was comfortable, but we did not get much sleep, unfortunately. The breakfast was delicious as well. The dog bed provided was clean and very comfortable for our dog.

I did not like the location of our room. At first, it seemed OK - in a separate building. However, our room was located near many heavy fire doors (including two entrance doors) and the decking. All of these together significantly unsettled our dog, who is not used to that level of noise. During the day, the staff were pushing heavy trolleys, making a lot of noise on the decking. We did not think much of it, as we knew that it would not be the case at night. However, the constantly opening and closing heavy door and many loud people passing by our room woke the dog (and us) multiple times that night, and as a result, we got hardly any sleep. Would it be a much better idea to locate the “dog rooms” at the other end of the building? If we had stayed more than one night, we would have asked for a room change, but unfortunately, we were only there for a weekend.

The food at the boathouse restaurant poor quality for the price and very very slow service, no utensils on out side table had to go and ask for some.not a experience i would like again .😡

Purtroppo siamo capitati durante un'ondata di caldo anomalo, la struttura non ha l'aria condizionata e la camera era un forno. La struttura è molto bella, il lago è più uno stagno che non si vede nemmeno mentre si fa la passeggiata

No Air Con (stay was in a heatwave) Mugs weren’t cleaned properly in room; had to scrub them before I could make a morning drink

Die Lage am Wasser, die leichte Erreichbarkeit, das freundliche Personal, die Größe des gebuchten Dreibett-Zimmers, die reichlichen Parkierungsmöglichkeiten, die Nähe zur Stadt Cirencester.

Es ist eine sehr große Anlage mit allen dafür typischen Erscheinungen. Freundliches Personal, aber kein persönlicher Service. Die Verpflegung ist bestenfalls durchschnittlich, die Getränke sind überteuert. Die Matrazen der beiden Einzelbetten des Dreibettzimmers waren von schlechter Qualität.
