Great location and stunning lake.

A couple of improvements are needed in the apartment. The showers are positioned in a way that causes water to spill outside the bath when in use. In addition, there is no central ceiling light in the bedroom, with only lamps provided. On arrival, we were required to pay the full balance upfront. I would have expected to be able to run a tab for any additional purchases and settle the bill at the end of the stay. I was also advised that the swimming pool was quite small and that it was unlikely we would be able to book a slot during our stay, which was disappointing as the pool was one of the facilities we were looking forward to using. I also felt that there was an unnecessary focus on asking about the purpose of our stay. While I appreciate staff making conversation, some of the questions felt intrusive and not particularly relevant to our booking or experience.

Lovely setting on the lake. Great views.

Hotel looked tired. Food quite expensive. My husband arranged flowers in the room which didn’t even last the weekend. Check in very slow. Nearer to 4pm instead of 3pm. More staff needed. Balcony in room very dirty. Room wasn’t cleaned the following day until nearly 4pm which I think is too late. Extra charge to use the (cold) pool. No air conditioning. Overall improvements are needed!!
