The facilities were just what we needed. Close to shops, really good pub and food 300 yards up the hill. Dog friendly and good space outside. Spacious rooms and 2 bathrooms which makes things easy and you are not on top of each other. Parking good as you drive right on to the property. Two car spaces at least. We travel a lot at times and generally with the dogs. This was a very easy house. Good wooden floors, patio access. Kitchen spacious. Enjoyed our stay. Haydn is ace. Helpful and patient. We had funerals and things over the last few months and I had to change my specification. He was really understanding and helpful. Thank you Hayden.

Very close to a good group of shops. Easy to get to Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. Good park on the property

Property is a little tired and could use an upgrade. Bath upstairs only has a hand held shower so was difficult to use

"Ok location, house needs some work and a good clean"

Spacious and enough places to sit, crockery etc

Very tired and needs a good clean and renovation. Decor very scruffy eg gaffer tape on the bath, paint chopped off in various places. Very musty smell from the mop and bucket

"Huge property, fantastic value for money!"

Incredibly spacious property and fantastic value for money. Daughter and I booked for 5 days whilst she did exams locally. Property was ideal for our stay and everything we needed facilities wise. Hadyn was swift and pleasant with all communications. Anything I needed to ask or raise, were met with a respectful and friendly response. The property itself was clean and had the choice of 7 beds in 4 bedrooms, one of which is a double. There is a an upstairs family bathroom and downstairs shower room. Beds very comfortable and all bedding fresh and clean. Kitchen huge and a large dining table. More than enough wardrobe space and drawer provision in each bedroom. Close to Asda and lots of shops nearby. Lovely park within 3 min walk too. Would definitely book again if looking to stay in Coventry.

Nothing that would prevent me from staying again :)

It was really good location, house very spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The electric shower was really lukewarm.
