First and Last Youth Hostel

How close to the ferry port was very good.

Bedroom was very dirty, bedding had stains. Bathrooms unfinished. Overall very dirty. I have stayed in many different youth hostels in different countries and this has by far been the worst. Never been anywhere so dirty. Not family friendly

Very dirty Not enough beds - I booked 2 rooms and was given 1 Poo stain on bedding. We didn’t stay we booked a last minute property as it was so bad

A localização. Eu precisava de um lugar próximo ao porto, por isso considerei bem localizado. Pude ir a pé pro porto de Dover. A reserva foi feita de emergência após perder a última barca no porto. A equipe me recebeu bem, foi gentil em me apresentar as dependências.

O quarto não tinha locker para guardar a bagagem, a porta não tinha chave e que me deixou um pouco insegura. O banheiro do segundo andar tinha uns buracos no chão, o chão de madeira estava num estado de conservação ruim e um pouco sujo. Remendos nas paredes, nas fechaduras...o chuveiro pra tomar banho era compartilhado com todo mundo que estava hospedado.

Could do with a good clean and updating of bedding, duvets and mattresses etc, however, it is budget accommodation and was ok

Rien du tout. Accueil fermé à notre arrivée. Nous sommes restés 15 min devant la porte. Des clients nous ont ouvert, et là, la surprise, glaçante ! Insalubrité, salé ++ on dirait un squat désaffecté. Fuyez cette annonce ! Habitués de Booking, c’est la première fois que je mets ce genre de commentaire parce que je ne souhaite cette expérience à personne. Nous avons dû changer d'hôtel et n’avons reçu qu'une somme ridicule en compensation.
