The location of the Accomodation is awesome 👍🏻

There's no key to access the dry room which is closer to the slope.

Great ski in ski out access. It is an older property but the location is unbeatable for access to the slopes. The japanese breakfast each morning was so good!

Breakfast was great, especially the sausages. Ski slope is directly behind the building and with online reneval one can directly start from the door.

The postal address did not match neither the Japanese navi nor google maps. Most of the time there is nobody at the building. Not related to the accomodation, but I had not been aware that Hakuba is so much overrun by foreigners that even a cashier at a mountain restaurant did not speak Japanese ...

Love the room comfortable clean great location and super friendly helpful staff

Just the access to ski gear and unable to use door to snow track due to snow blocking door

Cooked breakfast in the morning.

Hard beds, very noisy rooms can hear all the other guests.

Amazing location right on Tsukaige Kogen to ski in and out daily.

The breakfast every day was great, and the chef was lovely. Room was warm and ws great to be able to ski out in the morning

We booked as we had a car and was told there was parking. However upon arrival the parking lot was full of snow, and when we contacted them they just told us we had to dig a park out, which would've been at least a Metre deep, with cars already fully covered and packed in. Understand that it was more snow than usual, but also felt this should've been sorted and they could have been more useful than just telling us we had to sort it ourselves seeing as it was a service we were paying for. Did not see anyone other than guests and the chef for the entire stay.
