We took the grandchildren to Lassen Volcanic National Park. The property was located close enough to the park and other locations to explore.

"Favourite stay"

I stopped at ten different stays on my honeymoon road trip and this was my favourite stay, the whole area had a nice pace to it, the accomodation was so nice I was almost disappointed I had made plans to go out for the day. This was such a charming and cute cabin, the bed was SO comfortable. Coffee machine meant we could have nice coffee every morning, and the microwave popcorn was a nice touch. There are some good resteraunts a short drive away andI recommend a visit to Collins Pine Museum.

Not really much around when national park attractions are unexpectedly closed upon arrival
