The location is amazing - fantastic views over the mountains. The hotel is constructed in the old style but has modern and clean fittings. a great combination. the staff were very warm and helpful and the buffet meals had amazing choice and great fresh ingredients, lots of delicious salads.

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and facilities. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with a wide selection. The food is tasty and there is plenty to choose from. The staff are very helpful.

In Jordan, we didn’t just discover breathtaking landscapes, but also people who put heart into everything they do. This hotel was not just a place to stay – it was a warm refuge where we felt truly blessed to be welcomed. Everything was beyond perfect: spotless cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and real comfort... but what truly touched us was the genuine hospitality, the sincere smiles, and the care we felt in every little detail. The size of the room and it's view. The overall cozy authentic feel to the surroundings and the rooms. Staff was nice.

The dinner was horrendous, clearly everything was frozen and not fresh. Chewy meat, factory bread, etc. Requires special drive to visit Petra, there is nothing around. Everything seems to require some refreshments (bathrooms, windows, pool had better days)

There were beautiful views of the valley from the property, a nice way to watch the sunset. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and charming. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

So unique a true beauty

The stayle of the rooms and the furniture were unique.

The hotel itself has a wonderful cultural history and is beautiful, the restaurant meals were so delicious and the service impeccable. Their attention to detail and assistance to ensure we had a wonderful holiday was exceptional- thank you!

There was nothing I could honestly fault

To be fair, the rooms are gorgeous and the food is decent enough. The staff however, are a pack of rogues. This was flagged to us by the existence of off list, cash only items....which we let slide for a variety of reasons (we like wine).... ....then came the great laundry debacle. We specified no pressing because A, our stuff don't need it and B, it comes in tons of wasteful cardboard and plastic which in turn C, jacks up the cost.... Anyway, our stuff comes back finely pressed and wrapped in plastic and they're asking 91 dinars (that's 140 USD sports fans)..... ....I ask them what planet they think I'm from and they respond that pressing is free. I want to laugh but am so angry that I give them a crash course in Australian swear words; the price magically drops to 60 JD.....By the time we've returned to the lobby with our bags, it has miraculously dropped to 30JD and comes with a plea not to leave ...... ..... Sorry, but not giving these jokers any more money, you can if you want to.....we gave em their 30 and got the hell outta there
