breakfast was great. The customer service was fantastic, the manager helped me call my next hotel in a different city even though it had nothing to do with him, just because of my language barrier. That was so so kind.

The doors are a little difficult to open, and the air conditioning is not quite that strong to cool the entire room.

Very helpful staff at reception. Very nice welcome at beginning. Beduin tea routine at evening times. Clean rooms. Big bed. Very delicious pancakes at breakfast 😊

Rooms are getting very warm during the day. Small windows only, no fresh air in room. Water was leaking out of AC onto the couch area. AC was old, only one very cold setting available. At dinner we were pushed to eat from buffet which was too expensive. Concept of hotel is mainly focused on big tourist groups who arrive late in evening and leave early in morning. During the day no life in hotel. Café at reception without service during the day.

Staff on the hotel were amazing , in particular Mr.Ayman . He is Helpful, kind and respectful. I will recomand this place for any visitor who wants to visit Albatra . location is calm and quite and I really like it.

It is like stepping back in to an older century, the details on the property are stunning. The room was well conditioned, wasn’t quite as pictured as we didn’t have any stone detailing in our room but I really can’t complain because we spent most our time lounging around the hotel and it’s many stunning views. Some of the best food we had in Jordan was at this hotel, it is absolutely delicious! They have a vast array of food in their breaking and dinner buffets and so there is something for everyone.

if there was anything I didn’t like it was that we didn’t stay long enough I wish we had stayed longer.
