Not applicable as unable to stay due to power cut.

Landlord did their best to inform us of the situation so we did not make an unnecessary journey.

great location for a nice chilled time away, nice cosy accommodation and very good value for money.

Anyone over 6ft needs a hardhat... very low beams in the bedrooms. Lack of towels and kitchen cleaning items.

The host was easily accessible with email and text. The location was great and views were superb.

Location and setting was excellent. Check in process was straight forward and easy.

Unfortunately the standard of cleanliness was extremely poor from dog poo by the steps leading up to the property was not a great first impression. Then inside although it smelt clean it was far from it. This did put me off from eating at the restaurant and seeing the mess behind the restaurant kitchen was not a great first impression. I was contacted to say the property was ready and an apology that the sofas didn’t match. I think the sofas not matching was not an issue at all it was out of have been far better if they were clean. There was no hot water and although I messaged to ask how it worked it still wasn’t working. I also messaged to book a table in the restaurant and the response was curt and was told no discount for booking.com customers although this was stated, and that a booking should be made online.

Lovely little gem of a place, well equipped and an amazing location! Great communication ensured we were well prepared for our stay. Definitely on our list for a return visit!

Let me pre face this with i have never sent a negative feedback. No fire alarm Hot water for bath not adequate Electric shower leaked with horrible mouldy shower curtain Bathroom not fully cleaned as bottom of toilet had someone else vomit on Flooring squeaky and didnt fit skirting boards Bed squeaky and topped up with 3 layers of foam, every movement resulted in bed losening. Outerdoor had to be wedged with cardboard to stop wind opening it and rodents getting in.

The location is super. Walking distance to the beach and coastal path. Even provided a dogbed!
