Brilliant location, great place for a group with nice lounge area. Decent beds, we had a good time.

Parts of it are a bit tired, oven and dishwasher had issues, it wasn’t super clean and only 1 shower.

"Tatty interior and aggressive property management."

Great location, with parking..

The property is getting tatty and isn't being looked after properly. The carpets are threadbare and stained. The blinds are cheap and tatty. The dishwasher didn't work, and many of the plates and cutlery weren't clean. The front door is badly fitted, and the bathroom window handle was broken and difficult to close.. There were no toiletries, and we had to buy our own shower gel. Hardly the luxury the photos suggest. We asked for the beds to be doubles, but they were set as singles. They were also very cheap beds and mattresses and wafer thin pillows. Beware of the damage deposit they require. It is on Booking.com as a £500 pre authorisation, but the emails you are sent the day before are confusing as they push you towards a £50 charge instead. I was spammed with 7 emails on the morning before my stay demanding the damage deposit be paid. I accidentally chose the option to pay the £50 when I actually wanted just to pre authorise to £500. My request for this to be refunded has been refused by the management company. I am level 3 on Booking.com and have booked properties all over the world and have never been asked to provide a damages deposit in this was before. The property us not worth what they are charging due to its tatty state and aggressive management.

"Stunning Home in the Centre of Brighton. Highly Recommend."

The location was amazing and the house is stunning. So spacious and very well decorated. It was the perfect space and an absolute treat thank you so much.

The property was very cold on arrival and took a long time to heat up due to its size (we did book very last minute so this was probably to be expected but just worth bearing in mind).
