This is a wonderful house for our families and friends, great location! Quiet street! Easy to get to central town! House is very clean and tidy and well furnished, great equipment:)) the backyard is kids’ favorite place!! neighbors are very friendly as well! We will definitely choose this fabulous house again once we come to York!!

Everything’s perfect!

The location is excellent to visit the main attractions in York. The house was large and spacious even with five adults and three under eighteens. It was nice to come back to a nice warm place for the weather wasn’t that good.

The only negatives we experienced was with the Wi-Fi this was very intermittent and had to be switched of several times to reset it so that those devices that needed it would work this included the TV. The only other thing was the lack of dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. But these might have been forgotten to be replenished.

Tap in the kitchen leak a bit And flaky furniture in the top bedroom

Great location, walking distance to central York. Clean, well equipped house. Comfortable beds & great showers. Perfect for families - nine of us stayed for the races.
