Nothing dirty smelly disgusting

It was smelly, dirty black shower heads dirty walls and skirting boards.

Excellent location for the city centre. Good size apartments. Included parking was good also. Plenty of instructions provided.

Picking the keys up was not from a convenient location if you travel by car and didn't know the city. Parking provided was nice but difficult to find the way in. I suspect due to the roadworks, a what 3 words ref would have gone a long way. The apartment was nice but a little worn around the fixtures and fittings, it also did appear to have been cleaned properly from previous clients. Some complementary toiletries for the shower wouldn't have gone a miss either. It was the small details the let the place down.it really wouldn't take much to change an okay experience to an excellent one.

Location. Size of apartment, and parking.

Apartment was very dirty throughout. Broken sofa, TV didn't work. Food was left by previous occupants. Poor facilities, VERY NOISY from the train station next door.

Good location.

Grubby apartment. Microwave and oven dirty not been cleaned....microwaves had spilt curry and not been cleaned. Overall grubby apartment. Bathrooms very run down.
