The host was polite and helpful in explaining how to get access. The location is excellent, right in the centre of the city. The parking was good, but logistically difficult to access. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious.

The biggest irritation is that you need to collect the keys from a shop in the city centre. Which means parking, walking to the shop to collect key, walking back to car, then driving around one way system to the carpark. Same difficulty in leaving as you need the keys to exit the car park. When arriving after a long drive this is the last thing you want when its pouring with rain in an unfamiliar city. Concierge also lectured us that residents were not allowed to list their flats on Air B&B or Booking.com. The first impression when opening the door is that the whole flat stunk of bleach, on closer inspection a mop and bucket with bleached dirty water was left in the cylinder cupboard. Despite the excessive use of bleach the overall cleanliness was very poor. The flat was very tatty and unloved. There was a broken smoke alarm. Microwave covered in other guests food. Other guests toiletries left in bathrooms. Loose toilet seat. No plug for bath. No functional extractor fans- condensation issue in ensuite. Pubes in bathroom. Broken furniture, fixtures and fixtures. No wifi. TV only usable for Netflix as not tuned to a signal. Large gaps under fire doors which makes them non-compliant. Squashed cockroach on one wall just left to decay. It was a little noisy next to the train station but this cannot be helped and didn't pose any real issue to us.

Location is very central, literally perfect location. Good size apartment. Comfy beds. Clean and tidy. Host was amazing and when we needed help with finding the property he was happy to direct us in and available on WhatsApp to answer any questions.

The end of the soda was broken. The bed was very uncomfortable, couldn't sleep well.

The beds were filthy and covered in stains, there was even blood on the cabinet above the bed. The bathrooms were filthy and falling apart, the sofa was covered in hair. This apartment is also not allowed to be an airbnb/short stay, we were told this by the concierge and security of the building as well as residents. The concierge made me give over my personal details on a form as evidence the property was being used as an airbnb/temporary accommodation, which I did not want to do. We were made to feel unwelcome (rightly so, given the residents have faced annoyance from this property). I do not recommend on any accounts other than the location is good.
