Crossways Cottage Quirky 2 bedroom cottage in Damdale, Central Peebles

Very nice location and a very nice little cottage. Comfy beds and plenty of kitchenware. Well decorated with no mould or anything. Would definitely stay here again, given the chance.

A few spot lights didn’t work. But that is all.

Not applicable re breakfast, as property is self catering. The cottage is cosy & clean & in a handy location with some nice personal touches.

The only 1 thing that wasn't very pleasant, but not the owners fault, was that the wheely bin was full to the brim & gave off a rather unpleasant smell. However, this was not noticeable once inside the property

It’s a cozy little cottage in a lovely residential area, in Peebles, a small village about 25 miles south of Edinburgh. It has a homey feel, quiet and comfortable

Lovely place to stay close to the shops and eating places we were there for the bike park that was unreal food was good at the Swan pub main St

This was a really relaxing place to say. Parking all around the streets as available, spacious bedroom, living room bathroom and kitchen made it a home from home for us. Hot water to the tap and electric shower was just great short walk to the town with carry outs bus stop etc was so good.

Damside on website made it hard to find so eventually the post office suggested we should be looking for Damdale so it was easily found then!

It was great value for money, the beds were comfortable, they also had a cot bed available if needed. There was TV with plenty of channels and the location was excellent.

There was no freezer, but we were only staying two nights so wasnt an issue.

Location was excellent, lovely Quirky wee cottage. Everything we needed.
