"Location comfort and quiet"

The property was clean and comfortable it was very quiet. It is a great location close to town centre only a 5 min walk , parking was ok on the street there is a small carpark close by. The property had a well equipped kitchen for a longer stay. We had a great relaxing time glad we booked. If I am being really really fussy a small table and chairs out front would have been nice. There is also a good bit of history about the property that I found out from people close by 10/10

The cottage was really nice and kitchen was well equipped The host helpful when needed Cottage close to town centre be aware there are some short hills but not to bad

Could do with some storage in small bedroom even if a clothes rail

"Peebles is a great location for a road cycling trip, within easy reach of some great routes."

Great location, right in the centre of Peebles, handy for all bars, restaurants and shops.

The cottage was very cold on arrival and took a long time to warm up.
