Location was perfect. Cottage was perfect. We would definitely recommend and would book again.

Cottage was chilly in the morning. I didn't want to adjust heating. There was no kitchen dish towel to dry dished. But there were only miner things. Overall the Cottage was ideal for our stay.

We enjoyed staying at the property. It was very convenient. Gaining entry was easy as the key was in a safe that we could access. We found it very clean and tidy. We encountered a plumbing issue but the next day it was sorted, so we have no complaints as far as that is concerned. We have been staying in various places in Peebles for years and would have stayed in this one had we found it sooner.

Not a complaint at all, but the cottage has no outside space, and we like to be able to sit outside in decent weather.
