The staff were all very obliging and the chef was particularly good. The food on all four nights was excellent, and very good value. The WiFi was strong. The location was perfect for our walking holiday.

One of our rooms was rather small but comfortable. The continental breakfast was a little short on variety but adequate.

The room was so small, the door hit the bed as it opened, there was nowhere to put clothes apart from a bar with hangers on outside the room, I'm not talll and I could touch the ceiling

Friendly, helpful staff, really good food, good selection of drinks. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels very clean.

Sadly no cooked breakfast available during our stay. But continental breakfast was ok. Bathroom ok but could do with updating. Room ok, but a bit more attention needed in the dusting department, and bin hadn't been emptied in Bathroom. Overall we would consider staying at the Crown again, it's location is ideal for the Norfolk Broads, Norwich and the North Norfolk coast. As mentioned in other reviews, there is road noise but it quietens down during the night, it didn't disturb us.

It was very dirty. Carpets need replacing walls need painting. Continental breakfast very poor. Nothing was fresh. Grapes and bananas were soft. Half loaves of bread in a bread bin. Pastries wrapped in cling film. All this was there the day we arrived. So this was breakfast the next day.

Friendly staff. Large family accommodation and great value. Breakfast was excellent and early morning cereal/toast/tea&coffee for early rising children.

Family room next to busy/main road so vehicles passing close by through the night.

Brilliant base to all local tourist areas, really good location. Stunning pub, beautiful grounds, Food really good! Added bonus was a pool table in the old garage so was great to finish off a long day exploring! Alice the new girl was so friendly and helpful!

The family room was massive and a great size but just few housekeeping issues for me. Cobwebs on the ceilings and around the windows. Black Mould on the net in the bathroom, pink mould around the sink. The whole floor area around the bathroom and shower was awful, a few dead bugs loitering around and the loo brush was something else! 🤮 No hot water in the sink, only the shower, Carpets stained and not vacuumed under the tables. Paint peeling off the walls, tiny Mirror in the bathroom and one big one above the fireplace which you can only use If you’re 7 foot tall. The pubs outside light shines onto the only window with no blind? We didn’t use the continental breakfast at all as the same pastries and fruit was sitting in a loft space and 2 day out of date milk. Would be been nicer set up in the main dining area. The road noise is very loud starting from 5am so that was also a but annoying and unfortunately we didn’t stay for the duration of our booking and moved to a different hotel.
