The Tea Garden

Everything. Clean and comfortable room. Very polite staff… I recommend this place… :)

One of the worker was quite nice to us. They prepared delicious breakfast and gave a gift at the end of our stay. The garden was great but we did not have enough time to spend time over there.

The room and common area were not clean enough. The furniture in the room and the things were old and stained. I saw another comment about that in the previous comments but the owner answered that it is not real comment and unfortunately I believed his answer in the comment. When we entered the room I saw that it is definitely correct that the room was not clean and additionally the bathroom as well. We stayed at the room without view so I would not recommend anyone to stay there. I saw the other rooms they were looking clean compare to the one we stayed. Additionally, we wanted to go Dambro Tea Factory and asked them to organize a tour for us if it is possible. They proposed something quite high compare to what we find later. To be honest, I dont remember exactly the amount but approximately 5000 rupee for the tour then we decided to go there by bus which is cheapest option we thought. Then while waiting the bus we agreed with tuktuk driver to go-back there just in 1500 rupee. If you are planning to take a tour during your stay please think other options as well.

Poor cleaning, bugs, noise. Pictures are not aligned with reality. We payed $50 for a room with a window facing the yard, no sunlight and a lot of noise from a machine. Room is very dirty with insects. We couldn’t sleep during the whole night.

Excellent service by hoast Mr Raj. Very well maintain property... near to main road and have amazing tea fields. Breakfast is also good.

Room, staff, environment

Overall experience was fantastic from the moment I checked in. Ishaan was both friendly and attentive. The room was huge and offers a fantastic view of the tea plantation and surroundings. Room was clean and everything was well-provided. The location is also a short distance from the city, which is convenient but also avoids all the noise. Breakfast was great and the staff was there to attend to us every moment.

Room was slightly smaller and you'd hit the bed too often trying to move around

Staff were friendly and helpful.. rooms are big and clean.. requests are honoured..
