Barnacle Barn, North Norfolk

Host was very communicative and everything is clearly laid out. Lots of information in the book provided too. Clean and organised, provided tea, coffee and sugar, and a little bottle of milk. Shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable. A fan was provided and it was bearable in the heatwave. Secluded and felt private.

No freezer.

Beautiful surrounding gardens, lots of areas to sit and soak up the sun. We even enjoyed a game of croquet out on the lawn! Lovely countryside walks nearby so good for dog walking. Hosts were nearby and very helpful with any needs or extras or questions. Parking was ample.

Shower was hard to operate

Quiet, comfortable, cozy and secure accommodation less than 10 mins drive from Cromer. Secure private garden for our dog (apart from gap under gate and gate needing fixing) Extremely comfortable bed, slept so well.

Problems with shower. Could have asked for help ( always on hand) but just used the mini bath. Stairs and eaves in bedroom a little tricky at times. Dirty/old rusty toilet brush. Extremely thin quilt. Bad stains on mattress cover and quilt. Lovely outside table and chairs but left unprotected in bad weather, so cushions were dirty and wet so we couldnt use it.

Beautiful historic barn conversion. Warm & comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Norfolk. Short distance from Cromer & Sheringham and just 10 mins from Aylsham with so many lovley places to eat. Would love to return at xmas
