Only negative would be cleanliness really. Otherwise provides everything u need for a one night trip to Gloucester.
GBGBGBReasonably comfortable stay, staff was very helpful and supportive, I was travelling with a bike and Antonio made changes so I can stay on the ground floor. I stayed two nights, It was quiet all the time. Plenty of food, pizza, fish and chips, groceries in short walking distance. Very pleasant for a budget hotel. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
It's not that I don't like it, it's just just a suggestion. I had a bit of a difficulty finding the hotel. The hotel is in the crossing and very visible, but the sign outside says Orchard hotel. Because of the trees, the sign GO2 is seen when you get closer to the building. It would be helpful if you either put GO2 alongside the Orchard hotel sign or add these details to the Booking description.
GBStaff were polite and friendly. Showed us to our room. Room was very clean. We would stay here again

GBHotel was in a good location and great value for money. Blessen on the reception desk went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay relaxing and convenient. He's a real asset to the hotel
