"少し残念"

部屋の露天風呂はゆったりと湯船に疲れて良かった

宿泊料の割にウエルカムドリンクサービスも無く細かな設備の説明などはタブレットと効率化されているが接客もサービスの一つだと考えているので個人的には残念。

部屋に露天風呂が付いていた 個室サウナなどがあった

部屋に付いていた露天風呂が温泉なのか？よく分からない泉質だった 大浴場は汚いし清掃に入った様子がなかった 朝食がめちゃくちゃ少なかった 部屋にウェルカムドリンクやお菓子がなかった

Everything is good. You can even book a private onsen if you prefer. Staff were very helpful.

Nothing. The below comment has nothing to do with the hotel but more for booking.com processes. I booked a half board package for a family of 4 (2A, 2C aged 6 and 10). Because of the way booking.com books with the hotel, there was no meals provided for my younger child. The hotel was nice to provide the meal for a fee. So if you have kids in tow, please check with the hotel before arriving.

駅からそんなに遠くなくて車がなくても行きやすい、朝も夜もご飯がたっぷりで美味しかった、 貸切露天風呂や岩盤浴もあって素敵 たぶんいちばん安い部屋を予約しましたが、それでも結構広くのびのびできました、

貸切ではない方の温泉、露天風呂が少し汚かった あと温度が低め38度くらい

The half board dinner was excellent, staff was accommodating, and if available the private onsen is definitely worth trying to book for.

A little difficult to get to. Some features of the hotel feel a bit worn.
