Staff not very friendly/ didn’t get the room I requested/not enough vegan choices/ aircon broke down on one of the hottest days - we weren’t told until we rang reception to say we didn’t think ours was working. Hotel was unable to provide fans

Good location , great for Beatles enthusiasts!

Long queue at check out , upgraded room but in doing so lost my balcony room ( if this was explained I wouldn’t have upgraded) breakfast was lukewarm warm
