The location was excellent with a stroll across the road to the seafront and restaurants. It was also perfectly located with a short walk to explore Kotor which I absolutely loved! The property had excellent facilities with everything you could need for your stay and the communication with staff was really good for information Overall the property was great as a base to explore the local area which was just fabulous

The room I stayed in was a basement type apartment with not much natural light but it was designed with a clever use of lights and as I only used as a base it was adequate for my needs I had to pay cash on arrival and needed to go atm which was a little inconvenient but this is typical in Montenegro so its useful to know this before you travel so organise a travel card before you leave UK

Huoneisto ei valitettavasti vastannut odotuksiamme. Asunnossa oli heti saavuttaessa huono ilma ja selvä kellarimainen haju. Huone sijaitsi kellarikerroksessa, ja vaikka siinä oli ikkuna, ikkunasta avautui näkymä suoraan mustaan betoniseinään. Kuvien perusteella sai vaikutelman, että huoneista olisi pääsy terassille ja näkymä merelle, mutta näin ei ollut. Kahden yön jälkeen huoneistossa alkoi kulkea mustia muurahaisia jonossa, ja niitä oli paljon. Kun soitimme asiasta omistajalle, hän ei vastannut puheluun, vaan pyysi viestillä kertomaan, miksi soitimme. Kerrottuamme tilanteesta hän sanoi, ettei tällaista ole aiemmin tapahtunut, mutta toi oven taakse Raid-myrkkypullon. Myrkytyksen jälkeen jouduimme tuulettamaan asuntoa pitkään, ennen kuin pystyimme menemään takaisin sisälle. Kylpyhuone oli todella pieni. Lisäksi astiat olivat likaisia, ja jouduimme pesemään ne itse ennen käyttöä. Yhdessä salaattikulhossa oli vielä oliiviöljyn jäämiä. Asunto kaipaisi muutenkin perusteellista siivousta, sillä esimerkiksi ovenkahvat, listat ja suihkukaappi olivat likaiset. Myös auton joutui jättämään pitkälle majoituksesta ja paikkoja oli usein illalla muutama. Kokonaisuutena kokemus oli pettymys, emmekä voi valitettavasti suositella huoneistoa nykyisessä kunnossaan.

Let us check in early (flight landed earlier than expected ablnd we were already due in early) Friendly reception with some goodies provided ( although bread and milk would have been preferred to soft drinks). We were glad we didn't hire a car. We are not sure where we would have parked it and the road that runs in front of the villa gets very congested from mid morning until early evening even in mid-september. Short walk into Kotor old town with food shops and restaurants all very close.

Double bedroom was rather cramped.. The address published on Booking.com was of limited value in finding the villa (in facti think it is wrong). Targetting Bonita 99 (the restaurant two blocks in front of the villa) worked for booking taxis much better). Google maps didn't help as the street view is years out of date.

Konum iyiydi plaja hep yürümek 2 dkmızı aldı. Oda bizim için yeterliydi fakat balkonlu odamız olsaydı bizim için daha güzel olabilirdi. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi. Bir daha Karadağ’a gitsek dobrota değil Budva tercih edeceğiz 8 gün tatil için dobrota çok sakin ve aynı kalabiliyor.

Location, two showers, big balcony, well equipped, very nice hosts
