The beautiful architecture allows for so much privacy, everything feels spacious, calm & quiet & considered.

The property’s accommodations are ageing a bit, but it’s clear that you can’t renovate without losing the original gorgeous architecture. Pool area, spa & dining areas are more modern & updated.

First of all-this first foto which they use-it does not exist! Beach is far from this. I will upload photos. Stuff not pleasant. We had to beg for cleaning and towels. Beds material dirty and terrible.FOOD TERRIBLE! Charging water for dinner for HB. Beach constantly windy and not able to enjoy. The reason I have choosen this hotel is this beach photo. That is fraud. Generaly VERY expensive for ZERO what they offer. They were serving cooked SUGAR with water like honey. I can t belive that! I can only upload 4 photos, but I could upload more of thw dirty beds. Beds are made of faux leather and it is terrible to touch so dirty. Check photo od dirty stiches….

The property itself is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, the beds are very comfortable, the outdoor shower is a lovely addition and the grounds are well kept. There was unexpected Live Music in the lounge on a Wednesday. Didn't see that posted anywhere and would have loved to know of that kind of thing coming up. They allowed us to store luggage until our airport taxi after checkout. They also offered a shower in the SPA, but I would not recommend this. The shower was full of broken tiles and black mold.

This beautiful resort is past its heyday as a 5-star rating. The maintenance has not been kept up, so there are cracks in all the tiling in the room and bathroom. It also has a strange ghost town experience during the day with maybe 4-6 people at the pool or beach & we were there for a big holiday week; dining room was full at breakfast, then no one around. Issues: HOUSEKEEPING: They were terribly understaffed & housekeeping although kind was not attentive or organized. Check-in there were no hand towels or trash can in the room. It took four requests over 2 days to have the outdoor tub cleaned to be usable - it was disgusting and full of leaves and gross water. After finally cleaning it, they left the bag of cleaning sponges on the patio table. Often had to request items even after a room servicing and dirty coffee cups and empty water bottles were left by the front door statue for 2 days. ACTIVITIES: They offer lots of things, be aware how limited these great sounding things actually are. The ping-pong table has poor equipment. The tennis lessons are available for free… but the instructor is only here one day a week. The kids club is not staffed; multiple families coming up walked away frustrated. ROOM SELECTION: Be aware the a 'sea-front' room is not actually on the sea front as you might expect. Ours was a very distant several hundred yards away distant view of the beach. DINING: breakfast buffet great; beware the dinner buffet. I had food poisoning the first night. Avoided on future nights, but with no car & nothing close by, we still had to eat at the lounge. Their other big restaurant was closed for renovations during a busy holiday week. It takes sometimes 30 minutes to even order cold drinks. Be aware you will be charged for drinking water that you order and the tap water is not potable, so you don't have much choice. LAUNDRY SERVICE: 2 pieces of laundry returned unwashed because ‘they had stains’. Exactly why I needed them washed!

Food worst quality and verities is very poor and no taste at all, Room cleaning is very poor, No Baggies such a big five star hotel No Baggies and No enough staffs, Beach cleaning is poor, staff behavior is very rude

La premiere nuit dans la chambre il avait deux rats ce que je trouve inadmissible pour un hotel 5 etoiles. Le jacuzzi a l exterieur n etait pas nettoye apres les pluis et le vent, donc pas utilisable

Very well situated. A peaceful haven designed for pure rejuvenation.

Poor communication and coordination of guest requests. We requested to amend our length of stay and we checked out already but they made us pay for 3 nights when we specifically advised we wanted to change from 3 to 2 nights 2 days before checking in. The staff at the reception amd guest relations do not seem to know the procedures correctly. We have been told that we will get a refund but no one knows when and every time we call the property we have to re tell everything from the beginning.

The way our requests was handled. The hotel says to communicate with booking.com and booking.com says to co tact the property.
