Everything else... Very very poor service in everything. Not even a 3 Stars hotel. Pathetic house keeping.. pathetic response to everything

Chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement

Spa and Hammam, kids area and spacious room for family.. 3 staff members in particular - Cloverdine and Kashish at the restaurant and Stephanie in the kids area. Also special mention for the person who took us to the front desk (can't remember his name). Staff is accomodating. Stephanie really took great care of the kids while we enjoyed our spa session. Nice Tennis court. Delicious Ala carte food

Only warm water in the bathroom. More a place for relaxation, not many activities planned throughout the day to keep guests entertained. Free 30 mins use of steam room and hot/cold bath wasn't told to us at the reception. Buffet dinner was pretty average

The hotel’s location is truly breathtaking nestled in the heart of lush greenery, it offers a serene, forest-like experience that feels completely immersed in nature. Waking up to the sounds of birds and being surrounded by trees was the highlight of our stay, and it’s a perfect setting for those looking to escape the city and unwind in peace.

Unfortunately, the room and service did not match the beauty of the surroundings. Cleanliness was poor, with ants, bugs, and no dustbins in the room. Several amenities were broken — including the shower (weak water flow, no sprinkler), a clogged basin, broken sockets, and a non-working telephone. The furniture was old and partially dismantled. Getting around the property was also inconvenient. We often waited 20 –30 minutes, sometimes longer, for a buggy to take us between the parking area, lobby, and our room. The dining experience was equally underwhelming, breakfast and dinner did not meet Sofitel’s usual standards.

Accueil, personnel très gentil, aux petits soins, bonne restauration, la nature, le club enfant, proximité plage.

Trop peu de voiturettes pour ramener la clientèle à l' entrée. Pas de véritable room service. Ne pas y aller dans la période froide car trop venteux et piscine trop froide non chauffée.

الفندق على انه 5 نجوم لكن والله ما اعطيه 2 نجمه اللي اعجبني وجود شطاف فقط الهدوء الذي يصل الى الاحساس بانك ساكن لحالك في المنتجع

الفطور غير متنوع وعادي جدا ومكان البوفيه صغير جدا القهوه فقط اول يوم اما باقي الايام لازم تدفع قيمتها خدمة التنظيف لا يتم التنظيف وانما ترتيب فقط ولا يتم وضع المستلزمات من قبلهم الا بعد الاتصال والطلب منهم نظافة الفوط سيئة جدا ولا انصح باستخدامها حتى المخصصة للاستحمام الجاكوزي الخارجي لا يعمل بالشكل الصحيح
