Please note that In line with the 2025-2026 National Budget measures, a Tourist Fee of Euro 3 per person per night has been introduced by the authorities and this will be effective 01st October 2025. Children under 12 years old are exempted. This tourist fee will have to be settled directly at the resort upon check in. The mandatory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner on 24 December is charged at EUR 130 per adult and EUR 50 per child (from 4 to 11 years old), excluding beverages. The mandatory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December is charged at EUR 190 per adult and EUR 75 per child (from 4 to 11 years old), excluding beverages. Please note that restaurant La Plage is temporarily closed until further notice. Guests will be able to enjoy culinary delights at our Le Flamboyant restaurant.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "It was good but not exceptional"

The staff particularly Raj was very kind and helpful to us. The food and cocktails were also very good.

For a 5 star hotel, there are some basic things in the room that are not there, there were no bin in the room, some sockets were not working and overall we sensed that it lacked additional resources and organization / planning. Some facilities are old and need refreshing.

Sehr nahe am Strand, Concierge Raj die Perle des Hotels ist weit und breit der Einzige der das Niveau hochhält

Zimmersservice bescheiden (z.B.: Handtuchtausch nur mit großer Mühe), Sitzmöglichkeit im Zimmer katastrophal (ein Holzsessel bei 2er Belegung und kein Tisch), Kaffee am Zimmer nur gratis wenn das teure Abendmenü durchgehend gebucht wird....Unpünktlichkeit bei Abholung obwohl Abflug bekanntgegeben...Zuwenig Liegen am Strand, und die die da sind, sind zu 50% desolat (durchgerostet)....Abendmenü sehr sehr überteuert...kein SAT TV...Bedienung an der Bar oft erst nach langem Suchen nach einem Kellner

The nature surrounding

Not all he staff are cooperative with touch of rudeness The process of check-in and check-out is lengthy for no reason just wait wait and wait while there is no much guests, one staff has access to the system !! The food is average I booked for two kids and their age were mentioned, yet the kids beds are not suitable
