Please note that In line with the 2025-2026 National Budget measures, a Tourist Fee of Euro 3 per person per night has been introduced by the authorities and this will be effective 01st October 2025. Children under 12 years old are exempted. This tourist fee will have to be settled directly at the resort upon check in. The mandatory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner on 24 December is charged at EUR 130 per adult and EUR 50 per child (from 4 to 11 years old), excluding beverages. The mandatory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December is charged at EUR 190 per adult and EUR 75 per child (from 4 to 11 years old), excluding beverages. Please note that restaurant La Plage is temporarily closed until further notice. "Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across, very hospitable and a fantastic family hotel."

Super friendly staff, kids club was the best for us. Kept the kids entertained and looked after when we weren’t outside.

It was too windy to swim, the location was far from the major cities.

The breakfast was nice

The arrival is not a good experience as opposed to other 5 stars. Having to wait in the sun for a cart with the family after a long drive was not pleasant. The light in the bath room did not work for a while and the lights outside next facing the garden never worked.

"The best ive been so far"

From the moment we reached the hotel, the considerable amount of hospitality and the great welcome that we received from each and every staff who goes out of their way to make the client happy is really unique in this hotel. My wife and son had their best time before school resumes. The level of service is definitely unique in the world i would say as i travel frequently. If you want to feel the saying of the customer is king have a stay in sofitel you will feel it
