"Lovely, warm , cosy, easy accessable."

Extremely friendly welcome. The man who greeted us was lovely , we were allowed to park our motorbike right up near the front door for safety, the room was cosy and very close to euro tunnel.

After such a long journey a cup of tea would have been lovely . There was a kettle and tea bags in the room but no milk or sugar. The owner immediately offered to go to the shop to get us some but it was late at night and of course we didnt want to put him out.

"Perfect for the tunnel"

It was exactly what we wanted. Perfect for our requirements of an early start and close to the tunnel saving us a very early start from home.

I hate giving bad reviews but it had an awful old musty smell. And downstairs smelt of wet dog. Cobwebs everywhere in room, mould and faded stained bedding. Obvious that people living there are in temporary accommodation. Couldn't wait to leave. Not worth the money as a run-downed guesthouse.

Good location, 10 minutes' drive from the Eurotunnel

It was grubby and smelly, and very obviously home to a range of people in temporary accommodation. We saw some quite unsavoury characters while there, and were kept awake by loud music, shouting and swearing until sometime after midnight
