The place smelt like a dog kennel’s the hotel was really run down, people playing music banging and arguing throughout the night travelled with a 6 year old chilled. Nothing worked in the rooms and I wouldn’t of showered my dog in there would recommend sleeping in a Biffa bin before coming here

Everything was disgusting we booked this as it looks clean on pictures advertising but when you get there it’s disgusting nothing clean carpets routine mold on walls smells real bad no we’re to park near there honestly I tried getting to an other B&b our hotel as we got there late as we traveled along way this was ment to be a pit stop for our travel to France as a family was horrible kids didn’t really sleep doors banging all hours & dogs in the B&b barking I thought this was something eles I got my kids to try have a little sleep but we was up and out by 7:30 never again would I recommend our staying here ever again needs closing down

This was a conveniently placed hotel that was easy to find.

A group of guests had booked in and had an extraordinary loud party that started at around 10 o’clock and went on all night. There was shouting, banging of doors, much laughter – it had obviously been booked as it involved for more than one room full of people. None of us could sleep and nothing whatsoever was done about the noise. None of us managed more than an hour or so of sleep. We were not forewarned about this and nothing was said when we checked in

Price and location. It was convenient for the channel tunnel and was cheaper than nearby hotels.

Cleanliness of the foyer and stairs, smelled of wet dog and cigarettes.

A very charming place with the most pleasant owner who will bend over backwards to accommodate you. I will certainly stay again when I visit Folkestone.

It’s obviously not the Ritz, but for the price you pay you really can’t complain. Clean and comfortable, again with a very pleasant and accommodating owner

the hotel has a great location for using the tunnel I had to leave early in the morning and the guy in the next room was very noisy
