Chandos Premier Folkestone (Channel Tunnel) Hotel

Not a lot. Not even tea, milk or sugar. Shower was filthy.

The foul stench that slaps you in the face as you enter the property hallway. Dog and probably dog piss stench, clearly festering. Also claims to have parking. It has none.

Shit hole had to book another hotel that bad 👎

It stinks didn't even bother to stay.

The room was comfortable

The smell when we walked in was strong with Oder and the shower was not hot enough

The chandos Premier in folkston was very smelly of dogs the hotel manager richerd was very rude and look like a wrogen my daughter stayed there befro he want to ark my daughter if she would sleep with him fro money it was very dad the man is a wrogen pleace no one stay there there are better hotel in folkestone Kent

The smell of dog was both pungent and nauseating. It really does hit you when you walk in the walk in the building. Drug addicts around and one even came into my room begging for £10. A woman who lives there (paid by the council) kept saying the owner was a convicted rapist and that he enters peoples room in the night which was concerning, especially when the latch has been removed from inside the room. Check-in is 5pm which is late enough, yet I arrived at 6pm and still had to stand in the hallway for 30 minutes in that smell to wait for my key. When I was let into my room, one of his dogs followed us in which is not appropriate and the owner then tells me to put a good review on as people are trying to ruin his business. I really don't think he gets it. If he wanted a good business, he should have peoples keys ready in advance, get rid of the dogs, change the carpets, clean the hotel from that smell and not have council tenants living there with all their drug addict friends hanging around.
