It disappointed stay because there’s no break fast provided. Your website shows there’s break fast shown server but when I asked since Covid-19 no break fast. If so why not update the website??

"Avoid at all costs. Smells worse than a dog kennels."

2.0

The ability to check in late was the ONLY good thing about this B&B

The moment you walk in the door, you are hit by the pungent smell of stale dog. I am not even exaggerating, it smells like a damp dog bed that hasn't been washed in 5 years. The decor and quailty of the room was disgustingly poor and if it hadn't been so late and us needing to be up and away at 5.30am, I would have paid £200 to stay elsewhere. The carpets were filthy, decor was tired, bathroom was a discrace, shiwer heads held up with tie wraps, delaminated toilet seats. If you were considering staying here, DON'T! I wouldn't send a dog to stay here. A disgusting B&B run by clearly scruffy people.

Nothing really. It’s absolutely horrific

Quite frankly there was not anything to like!!! I don’t think this converted house should be in Booking.com! Any photos are totally Mis representative of this guest house…. It is NOT A HOTEL. and is 15 minutes away from Chunnel entry point

"Booking cancelled lat minuet but we maybe dodged a bullet!"

1.0

We arrived in Folkestone at around 2pm. Check in wasn’t available until 5pm, so we went down to the harbour to look around and eat etc. We started making our way to the hotel at around 5pm and at 5.05pm, while we were just about to arrive, I received an email telling me that the booking had been cancelled “due to an overbooking at the accommodation”. This was incredibly frustrating, as we are a couple with a young child and we were now in Folkestone without accommodation for the night. We decided to go to the hotel to see what was going on. Upon arrival, we found the outside of the hotel to be very shabby looking and there didn’t appear to be anyone there to check us in or in our case, explain what was going on. There was another guest there, who had checked in and was leaving due to being unhappy with their room. He said that we could have his room, he wasn’t staying because the room smelled very badly. We decided not to take him up on the offer and instead looked for an alternative.
