The Lodge Gatehouse at Coombe Lodge

Nagyon cuki kis háziko!Kényelmes volt az ágy nagyon.

Tudták hogy jövünk, előtte legalább egy pokhálozás rá fért volna a helyre és egy portörlés. Rengetek pók volt a házban, még szerencse hogy nem félek tőlük.A kanapéra rá se mertünk ülni ki tudja miféle foltok voltak azok. Pont az út mellett van a ház és éjszaka nagyon nagy volt a forgalom és a sötétítő függöny nem volt elég hogy elfedje az autók fényét.

It wasn’t clean, the cleaner were there when we arrived. 30 minutes after the check in time. They still had the bathroom to clean. After they left all the floor in the bathroom and kitchen were dry and they hadn’t been mopped. The entrance porch was filthy.

So secluded but just a 3min walk to the hotel, perfect for wedding guests and great privacy but very very isolated. I'm country n still wouldn't have slept there alone.

No phone reception but once u connected to the Internet ur ok

Handy for a wedding at Coombe Lodge and the bed was comfortable, but damp!

It was damp - in July - and the cobwebs hadn’t been cleared for days even though we were not allowed in early “because the cleaners would be in”. Obviously they hadn’t been. Also very expensive for what it is.

The location of the Gatehouse is perfect for a wedding at Coombe Lodge.

It was a shame that there was zero flexibility on a check in time. Given the location, I would have thought the host would allow earlier check ins for people attending a wedding at Coombe Lodge. The general cleanliness could have been improved too.

The property is lovely the best room is the beautiful spacious bedroom with a large comfy bed. We stayed here for a wedding at Coombe lodge and it was perfect .

Very small sitting area in tiny garden. Lots of spiders and cobwebs in bathroom.

- location (attended a wedding at Coombe lodge) - close by to lovely walks (a short drive) - Very comfy bed and large bedroom - shower worked well - house was cool - lovely little seating area outside - obvious attempts to improve from some of the earlier reviews - received door code an hour before check in

- a few areas were dirty as stated in previous reviews, even with signs of some care to improve - smell of damp/musty smell - sofa could do with a deep clean so did not use the living area - more towels / shower products would have be useful
