Lovely big apartment great location

When arriving the apartment wasn’t clean and the cleaner didn’t arrive tried to call and message and took ages to answer but finally moved rooms but the new apartment had no knifes and fork and towels

The place was dirty from previous guests. Was not cleaned

I could only collect the key the next day because when I arrived, the shop where it was kept was closed. The property was very dirty. When booking, they showed me apartment 10 but gave me a key to a dirty apartment 76. On Friday, the host changed the locks, leaving all my belongings inside. I had paid until Saturday, but I couldn’t stay for two nights. Only on Monday the host allow me to collect my things. Avoid this host and property—it’s a scam. You’ll pay for a nice apartment, get a key to a completely different place, and risk losing all your belongings. Booking should ban this business.

The apartment was extremely dirty and did not match the description or photos on Booking.com. Upon arrival, the room I booked was changed without my consent to something completely different. Due to the poor hygiene and misleading information, I returned the keys and left within one hour. The property refused to take responsibility and was uncooperative. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Nothing at all apart from the location

The property was filthy. Stains all over the toilet, plates had stains on, flooring and walls were ruined and stained. There was ash from cigarettes in a drawer, the extra pillows were dirty had makeup all over them. There was no remote to the TV & lack of communication from the people I had booked with absolute waste of money which I can’t even get back!!!

Good location and lovely staff on door but not very clean at all. Hair everywhere marks on walls and floor balcony covered in cigarette buts, bloody stains on mattress, microwave dirty, floors left new white socks black after an hours wear.
