Location was near a park and easy walk to town. Nice set up in unit.

ice machine did not work in fridge. Hosts responded after first day but I had already bought ice. Cheap furniture in the unit. No washclothes for shower. I did not see any check out instructions until after we left.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab genug Platz für Koffer und Klamotten und wenn wir es gebraucht hätten, könnten wir die Waschmaschine und den Trockner nutzen. Den Pool und das Fitnessstudio haben wir nicht genutzt.

Der Duschvorhang hing ca. 20-30 cm über den Boden. Dadurch war es nicht zu vermeiden, dass der komplette Bereich vor der Dusche immer nass wurde. Pflegeprodukte (außer Seife am Waschbecken) waren nicht vorhanden. Das war aber kein Dealbreaker.

Lovely comfortable and fully equipped studio close to the downtown area.

Have used this place many times and they always come through. Will keep coming back as they are great location and have everything I need to make it a great stay.

Beautiful location and amazing rooms.

Nothing against the property but we did have rowdy upstairs neighbors.

I am not giving it a zero only because the apartment itself was fine, and they did honor my request to refund the night due to the situation I had to go through.

I had a terrible experience with this place. In my second night, at 2 a.m. I was locked out of the building, the code I was given did not work. I texted and called, but received no answer for more than 30 minutes. Turnes out the code had been changed and I was not notified. I was close to booking another hotel and leaving without my belongings (I don’t even know it would have worked since my passport was on the apartment). You urgently need to review your customer service and support availability. This could have turned into a real emergency. Im a woman, traveling alone and the lack of a timely response was unacceptable.

The location to downtown, 6th st, SoCo, and the cafe across the street was nice.

The apartment was dirty and had leftover items from the previous guests. Used towels and the gross items in the bathroom drawers. The coffee table was missing a leg so it fell over constantly. Baseboards and vents looked like they have never been cleaned. Cleaners went into the apartment without warning when we were out. We didn’t even know until we saw that used towel was gone. They didn’t even clean the apartment while there, just took the used towel. Very gross
