I’d really love to give the hostel a great review because the owners seemed like genuinely nice and accommodating people but unfortunately my stay was very un enjoyable.

- the water wasn’t working during my 2 nights here, luckily I had a friend locally where I could shower otherwise I’m not sure how that would’ve worked. - the AC in the room was blocked by one of the beds so I had two very hot and uncomfortable nights sleeps. if you removed the bed in-front of the AC I’m sure everyone would be more comfortable. - because of the water issues, the restaurant was closed and because the hostel is a little bit further out’ve town down a very long and dark road it meant getting a taxi everywhere.

No sink, no doormats, someone entered the room. Even the host shouldn't have to go inside just to turn off the aircon because of their concern about the electricity. No valuables missing but the fact that someone entered a private room which is pretty obvious "paid in full" is a hell of inconvenience.

"New Hostel"

This hostel is new, so obviously there are things that happen that need attending to in which i appreciate the owner trying to fix these problems right away. I think this hostel will be great once everything comes togetger. The food was delicious, and the vibes are really good here.

It's still so new, and things are being added to make it better!

loved this place, really nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Reed was especially helpful and welcoming to his hostel. would highly recommend if anyone is staying in puerto princesa.

"Great, new hostel just minutes from the airport!"

Reed was extremely helpful even before I arrived, telling me the easiest way to get to the hostel with local transportation. The rooftop common space is great and Reed made sure to introduce me to everyone when I arrived. The location is great, set in a quiet area only minutes from the airport. Reed can recommend tours and public/private transportation, rent out scooters, etc. He even gave me a free ride to the main road! All around highly recommended!
