The staff were really lovely and accommodating, especially as we checked in in the middle of the night. They couldn’t have done more for us. Really good location and spacious rooms

The hotel has a good location and the view was very good.

The hotel was under renovation (we had no prior warning of this) and there was constant drilling from builders every morning. The hallways were cluttered with building materials and hazardous tools. Even the reception was unavailable to use effectively as it was being painted. Rooms do not get cleaned unless you request. We were woken up one morning to say the builders needed to install a new shower enclosure into our room and that they would move us to another room. Upon packing our things up to move rooms they said the new room would not be available until later that day. I had to shower in a completely different room that was also under renovation. Completely unacceptable as we did not have a room for the day if we wanted to go back and relax or nap. Only breakfast option was pho in a dark unused breakfast room.

My family stayed here for 2 nights. This place is close to the center, the bus station, and tourist attractions. Our room was on the fifth floor and quite quiet. The staff supported us very quickly when needed

The hotel was close to the bus station so was convenient for our early departure. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

The hotel needs a lot of TLC, it wasn’t clean, the place where we had breakfast everything was old and dirty, so much dust. The “breakfast included” was a choice of: scrambled, sunny side up or boiled eggs, so they brought me a lump of eggs with 2 toasts, the eggs were sooo watery, no flavour, disgusting, didn’t eat it. Obviously we didn’t have breakfast there anymore. We booked for 2 nights but we only stayed for one.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us rent motorbikes and gave food suggestions. We also arrived at 1:30am and they had left our keys on the side which meant we couple check in. It was great!

The hotel has a beautiful view and delicious breakfast, but the bed was a bit hard. The staff was very helpful—worth trying once
