Mould and no wheelchair excess

Good location, easy to get into the centre

Basic facilities. Bathroom had two taps but one didn't work, the shower drain was very slow to drain and missing shower door.

Location good it was clean and spacious .

No hanging space at all. ie wardrobe/ rail for clothes / hairdryer didnt work .

Didn’t like anything, room not maintained and it was unliveable

Mould on the ceiling and bathroom, thick dust everywhere, tea stains in the chair, bed bugs in the bed, hair in the bathroom, absolute horror show. Initially booked for 2 nights, we had to move after 1 night early in the morning and find alternative accommodation as it was really poor. No wifi either and no cooperation from staff.

There was no staff we had to let ourselves in and out the bedroom was clean the bathroom was clean apart from the shower the grout was pretty dirty apart from that it was okay

The stairs up to the building were very steep we had to be very careful when we approached them when coming and going

Location, price

The door lock had been broken when I arrived. Luckily someone came to fix it quickly which was great. The WiFi doesn't work at all, I had to use phone data. Could be cleaner, the shower drains so slowly that you need to shower quckly before it floods the floor

Great location and price. Being totally automated check in was odd, but worked, and there was great service by message.
