Grand near Etihad Stadium Coop Live

Location was good, there were a few shops and cafes around. The area was quiet. The place itself is a good place for a family to stay

The room was dusty. No kettle, no mugs and nothing to drink. There was a fridge to use, which was good. There was a kettle, but in the kitchen. For someone new, it is not comfortable and safe to go to the kitchen and search for the tea and mugs

Perfect if just looking for somewhere to crash for a night or short visit.Easy to find location. Reasonably quiet locaction. Convenient to Cemetery Road tram stop so perfect after a night at Co-op Live with Harry Styles. Nice and warm after a long day out in the cold. Good value.

A small hand towel would have been nice (must have missed that in the description). Either the top of the mattress or one of the pillows in bedroom 2 smelt of a Detol type disinfectant. Also, we had to sleep with the chair against the door in bedroom 2 as the door would not lock from the inside. You could clearly hear the telly in the other rooms through the walls so dependant on other guests it may not be the quietest place.

Total lack of communication

Great location to tram stop and buses. Great location to shops and food places. Gentleman that runs it was very helpful when our bed fell through as was damaged. Apart from that bed was comfortable.

Room 1 left bathroom very messy and wet and kitchen. Was very inconderate of other people staying there, he was very loud at night, even though he didn't ruin our stay and we would definitely stay again.
