GBStaff were lovely and helpful. Room was very comfortable but the batroom was a little small and wash hand basin not easy to use. Food in the evening was wonderful and breakfast was great too.
I had issues with the T.V. It was a smart TV and when you clicked on an app it would not connect including BBC I player and ITV X. Maybe a WiFI problem at the time.
